Introduction
This is a one-day hands-on lab training event to prepare DNA libraries for Illumina Next Generation Sequencing under the instruction of experts from the industry. The training will include

•    Hands-on DNA library preparation

•    Library QC by Agilent TapeStation

•    Discussions regarding DNA fragmentation methods, DNA library prep workflow, chemistry, expected sequencing data performance and troubleshooting strategies.

What to bring?
Human genomic DNA samples will be provided. Participants who wished to bring their own samples should indicate as such in the registration form. FAES will provide the email addresses of those who wish to bring their samples to the NEB instructors so that the details and compatibleness of the samples could be discussed in advance.
