COVID-19 Update | Operational Status

With the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, FAES has decided to close all NIH Campus offices and retail locations from March 16th. 

The FAES staff is available by phone and email Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.

The FAES Insurance Office is open Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment. Please contact FAES by phone at 301-496-8063 or email faesinsurance@mail.nih.gov to schedule an appointment. Insurance representatives continue to be available by phone and email Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We continue to process new enrollments, renewals, and terminations via email and offer Virtual Video Health Insurance Consultations.
