On March 5th the FAES Bookstore @ NIH will host Dr. Steven Pinker – cognitive psychologist, linguist and Harvard professor – after his presentation as part of the Demystifying Medicine lecture series. In addition to writing for The New York Times, The Guardian, and other major publications, he is a bestselling author with over a dozen books to his credit. Considered by many to be one of the world’s most influential intellectuals, several of his books are intended for a general audience, with subjects ranging from biology to cognition to writing.
