2020 NINR Boot Camp Call for Abstracts

Call for Abstracts

The National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) is pleased to announce a Call for Abstracts for a poster session to be held on Monday, August 3rd in Building 10/Clinical Center, FAES Terrace. 

Areas of research should include advances in health technologies and informatics, algorithms, machine learning, virtual reality, robotics, or designing of applications and intelligent models for data acquisition. All abstracts will be made available to the public on the NINR website.

INSTRUCTIONS ON FORMATTING ABSTRACT 

Please use this Abstract Template to prepare your abstract. 

500 word limit; Arial 14-point font for title; Arial 12-point font for body of abstract; 1" margins

The abstract must include:

  1. Title
  2. *Author(s) - list the "Presenting" author first (see additional instructions below)
  3. Background
  4. Hypothesis
  5. Research Design/Methods
  6. Results
  7. Discussion
  8. Conclusion

*Author listings should include:

  1. Name - First Name, Middle Initial (if applicable), Last Name
  2. Degrees
  3. University/Institution/Organization
  4. Department(s), if applicable
