The New FAES Gift Shop @ NIH is Now Open in Building 10

The Foundation for Advanced Education in the Sciences (FAES) has opened a third retail location in Building 10, conveniently located outside the B1 Cafeteria and near the NIH Federal Credit Union Branch. Please plan a visit to this beautiful new store, specializing in tasteful gifts for all occasions including new baby, housewarming, birthday, and seasonal. Of course, the new FAES Gift Shop will also offer a dynamic assortment of brand new NIH emblematic clothing and merchandise to celebrate and honor the NIH community.

FAES Academic Programs Open House - Fall 2019

Join us on Thursday, August 22, 2019 for the 2019-20 Fall Term FAES Academic Programs Open House to meet and mingle with FAES faculty. Bring yourself, a friend, and your questions about registering for the Fall 2019 courses. The event will be held in the FAES Academic Center, Building 10, NIH, Bethesda, MD, 4:00 - 6:00 PM. Light refreshments will be served!

Online Registration is Now Open for FAES Academic Programs Graduate Courses - Fall 2019

Register online and earn academic credit in over 60 evening and online courses conveniently offered on the NIH campus by the FAES Academic Programs. Courses range from biochemistry, bioinformatics, and statistics through medicine, public health, and tech transfer, and more. FAES also offers three Advanced Studies in Data Science, Public Health and Technology Transfer for those who are thinking of a career change, or bridging science or business, or simply sharpening their research skill set.

National Symphony Orchestra Chamber Performance “Horns-a-Plenty”

Tuesday,  December 11, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. in the CRC Atrium

The horns will perform a few short works and then invite the audience to sing-a-long to carols.

 Co-presented by the Foundation for Advanced Education in the Sciences (FAES) and the NIH Clinical Center.
