Bioinformatics and Data Science

Specific training programs that include bioinformatic analysis of next generation sequencing data, particularly for DNA-seq, RNA-seq, CHIP-seq, and epigenomics. Courses will be comprised of lectures and hand-on sessions. Sessions cover background knowledge and survey various software programs.
